Keith is one of the world’s leading practitioners in employee engagement and internal communication. 

Over the course of his career, he has counseled a number of Fortune 500 companies on issues ranging from leadership positioning and reputation management to crisis communication and organizational performance. Keith was previously a Partner and Global Head of Employee Engagement at Brunswick Group, Founder & President of Insidedge (Interpublic Group of Companies), and a senior executive leader at Golin and Hill+Knowlton. 

He is Chairman of the Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations at University of Alabama.
