DJ is a senior physician-leader with cross-cultural, multi-site, private healthcare experience. 

Most recently, he was Vice President for Medical Affairs at an NYSE-listed healthcare group headquartered in Beijing, having previously been the Group Medical Director for a network of private hospitals in the UK. A member of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine in London, DJ has worked as a clinical advisor to the UKs Care Quality Commission, as an external adviser to the UK government’s Department of Health, and in an advisory capacity for private sector clients including PWC, KPMG, and others. 

He has also worked as an implementation and leadership development coach for multinational companies in other sectors, delivering improvement and knowledge transfer programs.
