She previously founded and led a communications and brand strategy consultancy, was a Program Manager at IA Collaborative – a design innovation studio in Chicago, and a Client Relationship Manager at the global public relations firm Golin/Insidedge. 

Born in India, raised in Singapore, and now based in the United States, Dharma’s diverse background translates into a fresh perspective when it comes to idea-generation and problem solving with clients.
